Sweet Pastry (For any tarts base)
Ingredients:
(A)
180gm Butter (salted butter)
80gm Icing Sugar
(B)
1tbsp Vanilla Essence
1no Egg
(C)
300gm Plain Flour
20gm Milk Powder
Method:
1) Beat (A) till creamy. (low speed 3minutes)
2) In between, add in (B).
3) Fold in (C), knead to form dough. (abt 12-15minutes)
4) When ready, press dough into tart moulds. Bake at 180degree for about 12-15minutes.
Blueberry Cheese Filling
(A)
25gm Butter
250gm Cream cheese – Brand Philadelphia
60gm Icing sugar
(B)
1no Egg
1tsp Lemon Juice
(C)
80gm Blueberry Jam
Method:
1) Beat (A) till fluffy and add in (B).
2) Place the batter paste into piping bag and pipe onto the baked tart pastry.
Decorate the top with (C) and stir well, arrange on baking tray and bake at 170degree for 10minutes
(or use finger-tips to touch the top layer of cheese cream, is ready to tray out when is not sticky)
